Cancellation Policy
At Citrine Delight, some items may be offered as a subscription or a pre-order. This policy explains how you can change or cancel these purchases.
Subscriptions
- When you purchase a subscription, you’ll receive repeat deliveries based on the duration and frequency you select.
- Your payment details are stored securely, and you’ll be charged for each scheduled delivery unless you choose to pay in advance.
- Some subscriptions may automatically renew at the end of their duration. If you don’t want your subscription to renew, you can cancel before the next billing cycle.
- You can cancel or change your subscription at any time by using the link in your order confirmation emails or by logging into your account.
- Please note that once an order has been processed and shipped, it cannot be canceled.
Pre-orders
- When you purchase a pre-order, you are reserving a product that is currently out of stock or not yet available.
- We may collect no payment or a partial deposit at checkout, store your payment method, and then charge the full or remaining balance once your order is ready to ship.
- You may cancel a pre-order that has not yet been fulfilled and receive a refund of any deposit or payment.
- Once a pre-order has been fulfilled and shipped, it cannot be canceled.
