At Citrine Delight, we take pride in the quality and freshness of our handcrafted granola. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns on any food items.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@citrinedelight.com with your order number and a photo of the issue.

Depending on the situation, we may provide a replacement, refund, or store credit at our discretion. In most cases, you do not need to return the product.

Please Note:

  • We are not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
  • We cannot be held liable for delays once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, but we will always do our best to assist.
