Ingredients:

  • 4 ripe peaches, halved and pitted
  • 1/2 cup homemade granola
  • 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • Greek yogurt or whipped cream (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Place peach halves on a baking sheet, cut side up.
  3. Mix granola, honey or maple syrup, and cinnamon in a bowl.
  4. Spoon the granola mixture into the center of each peach half.
  5. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until peaches are tender and granola is golden brown.
  6. Serve warm, optionally with a dollop of Greek yogurt or whipped cream.
