Ingredients:
- 4 ripe peaches, halved and pitted
- 1/2 cup homemade granola
- 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- Greek yogurt or whipped cream (optional)
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Place peach halves on a baking sheet, cut side up.
- Mix granola, honey or maple syrup, and cinnamon in a bowl.
- Spoon the granola mixture into the center of each peach half.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until peaches are tender and granola is golden brown.
- Serve warm, optionally with a dollop of Greek yogurt or whipped cream.
