Our Story
I'm Yuliya - mom of two, certified nutritionist, and the founder of Citrine Delight.
Before this, I spent 11 years in tech. Fast-paced, demanding, always on. Somewhere between the deadlines and school pickups, I realized the food I was reaching for wasn't keeping up with the life I wanted to live. I was tired, foggy, and running on snacks that looked healthy but were loaded with seed oils, refined sugar, and ingredients I couldn't pronounce.
So I started making my own granola. I experimented obsessively - different oats, different nuts, different sweeteners - until I landed on something that was genuinely clean and genuinely delicious. No canola oil. No refined sugar. Nothing I wouldn't feed my kids.
That became Citrine Delight.
Every batch is still handcrafted in small quantities. Every ingredient still has to pass a simple test: is it something a real person would choose to eat? We use organic gluten-free oats, organic coconut oil, and organic maple syrup as our base, then build from there with real fruits, nuts, and seeds.
We exist for health-conscious families, busy parents, and anyone who's tired of compromising. You shouldn't have to choose between food that's good for you and food that actually tastes good.
